The 20W engraving module features a new technology “light beam compression”, which have excellent performance in engraving delicate jobs and details. It is able to cut 15mm woodboards easily. Original quality diode brings clear spot size of 130*145μm. Its lifetime up to 20,000 hours.
The focus distance is fixed by 40mm. The package includes a positioning block for easy focusing, it can be linked with the machine’s Z-axis motor to realise motor focusing. Electrical output: 96W, Optical output: 20000mW, Class level: Class 4.
The engraving module has an integrated air nozzle module that requires only the connection of an air assist and air hose for operation. This ensures the module make cutting deeper and get cleaner material edges.
It is made of aluminum which also functions as a large heatsink. With the aluminum body and cooling fan, heat dissipates faster. This ensures the module has a long service life.
