[Cutting Thickness]: Pilot arc plasma cutter adopting advanced IGBT inverter technology, 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc, dual voltage 110/220V, 60% duty cycle. Current display at 110V is 15-40A, Under 220V current display is 15-80A. The maximum cutting thickness of bestarc 80A plasma cutter can reach up to 1” @80A 220V 70PSI, while ideal clean cut at 5/8” @40A 110V 55PSI. The circuit breaker specifications require a 60A unit for 110V operation and a 50A unit for 220V
[Air Sensor Technology]: The air sensor built into the machine displays the air pressure on the front panel of the machine. Users can adjust the air pressure manually through the air regulator (air pressure cannot be automatically adjusted). An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. Once connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be within 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute

[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: Post time function, with an adjustment range of 3-15 seconds. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. Generally speaking, we recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger. 2T is semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is automatic cutting control. PA adjust the time for the pilot arc, longer seconds good at cutting mesh metal, short seconds is good to extend the life of consumables
